About the role

As our Head of Onboarding, you will lead the team that ensures our new clients are set up for success when they first start using the Amenitiz platform. You will facilitate a smooth transition for customers from our high performing sales team to our gifted onboarding team that will empower them to succeed with the product, and will ensure that your team delivers such a level of services that it cultivates lasting satisfaction and loyalty from our clients! Reporting directly to our CRO, you and your team will be an integral part of our Revenue team!

Your missions:

• Build a scalable Onboarding organisation: scale the onboarding team and processes effectively as Amenitiz acquires more customers!
• Hire, enable and train a high performing team
• Ensure a consistent customer experience: it shouldn't matter what team our clients are dealing with, they always recieve the same level of energy, attention and service!

Your profile

• You'll have a proven track record of success leading a customer onboarding team
• You'll possess a scaling mindset to anticipate the future and set things in place that can scale with an ambitious business.
• You'll have proven experience in developing and implementing onboarding strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy
