About the role

As our Country Manager for LATAM, your mission will be to establish, manage and scale our recently launched LATAM team from our office in Medellin, Colombia. You will be tasked with setting solid foundations for Amenitiz to scale in LATAM and become the preferred Operating System for independent hoteliers. Your main focus would be to define and execute our sales strategy for acquiring and onboarding new customers, and in addition as our senior leader in that region would also be responsible for the overall environment and ensuring that the “Amenitiz” culture is as present there as it is in our head office in Barcelona.

Your profile

As our Country Manager for LATAM you will have:

  • Previous experience either building the LATAM market from scratch for a non-LATAM SaaS startup or multiple years experience as a SaaS Sales leader for high-performing teams in the LATAM market.
  • Previous experience leading +30 people sales teams focused on SMB's. And ideally you have managed Team Leaders before.
  • Previous experience either leading or dotted line responsibility for “non-sales” functions.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • You are a driven professional and a positive, effective and motivational leader.
  • You gained experience in a fast-growth business, with an appetite for high-speed, innovative environments.

This role would report directly into our CRO and will have a unique opportunity to truly build a high performing GTM operation from the ground up!
