About the role

As a Senior People Operations Specialist at Amenitiz in Colombia, you will be a cornerstone in the establishment and expansion of our people operations function. Your role is vital to our organization's growth and prosperity, as you will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of Colombian employment legislation, payroll processes, and related HR functions in a dynamic and ever-evolving high-growth company.

Your missions

• Legal Compliance: Use your deep understanding of Colombian employment laws to align our People practices with regulations.
• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll for accuracy and timeliness.
• Benefits Admin: Manage employee benefits, including health and retirement plans.
• People Operations: Handle onboarding, offboarding, and records.
• Employee Support: Be a go-to for People-related questions and concerns.
• Data Analysis: Use data skills to track People metrics and inform decisions.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate to enhance People processes and the employee experience.

Your profile

• You have +3 years of experience in managing People Operations and payroll functions in dynamic environments.
• You possess a deep understanding of Colombian employment legislation, payroll practices, and HR operations.
• Passionate, goal-driven, and always want to go the extra mile.
• You can effectively navigate complex challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
