About the role

As the Content Specialist for the Italian market at Amenitiz, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering compelling content tailored for small and medium property owners in the hospitality industry. Directly reporting to the Content Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product departments, to provide valuable content that resonates with our Italian audience.

Your persuasive copywriting skills come into play as you create content for different funnel stages, empowering independent hoteliers to make the best use of Amenitiz solutions and thereby trigger growth in their businesses.

Your missions

The primary mission is to create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, ensuring it precisely addresses the needs of our target audience in the Italian market. Your creative scope includes, but is not limited to:

• Developing a diverse range of content material, including written, audio, and video content to support inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
• Crafting compelling emails, captivating ads campaigns, SEO-optimised blog articles, white papers, case studies, success stories and video scripts.
• Executing the content and marketing strategy, collaborating with internal and external teams to create and localize content for the Italian market.
• Collaborating and brainstorming with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing goals and customer needs.
• Engaging with the Italian audience through social media platforms, responding to comments and reviews, and fostering deeper connections.
• Being comfortable in front of the camera, recording audio and video content to enhance engagement with our audience.
• Analysing KPIs and performance metrics of published content to identify opportunities and gaps, and to optimize future strategies.
• Ensuring all content adjusts to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all Italian content released by proofreading and editing as needed.

Your profile

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. Another European language is a plus (Portuguese, French, or Spanish ideally).
  
• Proven experience of +2 years in content creation, preferably within the hospitality industry or a related field.
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing, paid social media, and content distribution channels.
  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  
• Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  
• Knowledge of analytics tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
