About the role

As the Head of Data at Amenitiz, you'll be the key architect in establishing and leading our data landscape from the ground up. Your mission is to create a centralized data source, oversee BI/MI excellence, lead and empower the operations of volume-based teams, optimize the customer journey through our product, and manage customer data consumption.

Your missions

As a Head of Data, you will occupy a pivotal role, reporting directly to the CFO. You will be responsible for driving data initiatives that improve the customer experience, drive product innovation, and contribute to decision-making and business growth.

This position offers a unique opportunity to not only shape the strategy but also lead the growth and development of an increasingly vital discipline within our organization.

• BI/MI Excellence:

  • Establish company-wide metrics for accurate and timely insights.

  • Implement real-time reporting systems with pitch-level granularity.

• Team Leadership & Build:

  • Lead a team of Data Engineers and coordinate a team of Data Analysts.

  • Build and foster a collaborative data function from the ground up.

• Customer Journey Optimization:

  • Analyze customer behavior for upselling and product development.

  • Enhance the overall customer experience through data-driven strategies.

• Customer Data Consumption:

  • Facilitate secure access to central data repositories.

  • Oversee dashboard design for effective data interpretation.
    

Your profile

• 4+ years with proven experience in a senior leadership role in data management.

• Broad experience in the data environment with strong management skills. You are an inspiring leader, passionate about developing high-performing teams, and excellent at pushing team collaboration.

• Eager to challenge the status quo and strive to improve products and processes through data

• You have a proven track record to develop and execute successful data strategies for a SaaS business model.

• You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal/external stakeholders, including executive teams and business partners.

• You speak English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment.
