Managing and streamlining processes in the hospitality industry can be challenging for independent hoteliers, especially when it comes to handling reservations (overbookings) and reducing online travel agencies' (OTAs) fees.

We’ve built an all-in-one platform that provides property owners with everything they need to attract guests, handle bookings, grow revenue, and craft exceptional guest experiences in the most simple and easy way you can imagine.

About the role

Amenitiz is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Senior Revenue Management & Pricing to help us grow our stellar product. As a Price Advisor Senior Product Manager, your mission is to empower our customers worldwide to maximize their RevPar and save time through flexible, intelligent pricing strategies informed by comprehensive market insights. You will remove the complexity in revenue management, drive education, enable customization and automation to meet our hotelier’s needs.

You will be mostly responsible to:

  • Design an actionable strategy and vision for the Price advisor squad.
  • Lead your squad to understand our customers' jobs and identify the main pain points that prevent them from achieving them by creating and delivering delightful experiences.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to drive technical development of the product, providing leadership in the scope definition, effective prioritization of features & stories, managing daily progress and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate to improve our product management process and lifecycle.
  • Design an actionable strategy and vision for the Price advisor squad.

    About you

    • x4 years experience in Commercial Revenue Management, Yield Management or Pricing, preferably within the travel industry.
    • Experience in defining a bold, yet rational and defensible directions and validating them through experimentation.
    • A track record of putting long term customer success at the core of the decision making. Works backwards from the optimal customer experience. Listens and actively seeks ways of gathering feedback from customers.
    • Takes the lead in solving problems, is resilient, self organized, and working well under time constraints and balancing tasks and priorities
    • Proven record of making good decisions in the face of ambiguity and time constraints.
    • Strong communicator with a track record of engaging with and successfully influencing business stakeholders on challenging topics. Business proficient in English.
    • Shows curiosity and seeks opportunities to explore new possibilities and learn. It’s open to feedback.
