About the Role

As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will work closely with our CRO to drive revenue growth across all revenue-generating activities at Amenitiz. You will oversee our Sales and Marketing processes, pipeline efficiency, tech stack, and supporting systems, ensuring leaders have the high-quality data and insights they need to make informed decisions.

Your missions

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the CRO to develop and refine sales strategies tailored to each market.
  • Sales & Marketing Leadership: Work with Sales and Marketing leaders to set targets, analyse performance, and evaluate new revenue-driven initiatives
  • Team Scaling & Management: Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team to support our growth objectives.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the management and optimisation of our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and support high-volume sales operations.
  • Enablement Team Oversight: Lead and mentor the Enablement team to provide training, tools, and resources that empower Sales teams to perform at their best.
  • Data-Driven Enablement: Provide robust data and insights that empower leaders to optimise strategies using effective tools, automation, and process design.
  • Financial Forecasting: Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and financial planning.
  • Lead Generation Oversight: Own and enhance our lead generation strategy to support outbound sales efforts.
  • Special Projects: Support the CRO on pricing experiments, compensation planning, and market expansion initiatives.

About you

  • Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record in leading Revenue or Sales Operations within a scaling software company (preferably SaaS B2B).
  • Data-Driven & Outcomes-Focused: You thrive on analytics, deeply understand KPIs, and are passionate about driving performance improvements through data.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) and data visualisation tools, and you love exploring new automation tools.
  • Process-Oriented: You excel at designing, refining, and implementing processes that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Collaborator: You think strategically and partner effectively with leaders across the organisation to achieve Amenitiz’s business goals.
  • Hands-On Problem Solver: You are curious and unafraid to dive into complex challenges, breaking down big ideas into actionable projects.
  • Organised Executor: Your excellent prioritisation and attention to detail ensure you can turn strategic ideas into well-executed plans.
