Product Marketing Manager, GCR
We are looking for a stellar product marketer with exceptional communication and writing skills to join our growing GCR marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to transform technical product capabilities into compelling product narratives that drive product usage and new sales. The role is highly cross-functional and offers the opportunity to apply your product marketing expertise and skill set to significantly impact our rapidly growing business.
What you'll do:
Product Content Creation:
Create, maintain and manage multi-channel product content for both internal and external audiences. Includes educational material, evangelism materials, creative guidance on product screenshots, gifs and videos, and sales collateral.
Master the current and upcoming product’s technical capabilities and translate them into real-world, relatable product narratives that will be used on the website, sales collateral and blog posts. Own the why and the what of product communications.
Go-to-Market and Product Launches:
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, sales, CSMs, and marketing, to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches worldwide.
Sales Enablement and Product Training:
Partner with sales to formulate and execute sales strategy plans to drive growth for new and legacy products; equip our sales team with the tools and materials to position and sell strategically. Deliver world-class training and testing on new features and retraining on legacy features.
Create and facilitate co-marketing campaigns with relevant partners across the globe
What you'll have:
5+ years experience in product marketing, technical marketing communications, or mobile marketing communications
True native fluency in English with exemplary communications skills
Excellent visual communications skills - take a technical concept and explain it clearly in just one image
Strong familiarity with mobile app marketing and related technologies
Experience participating in dynamic product rollout processes
Self-driven approach, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude (be the person you would want to work with)
Growth mindset and a collaborative and empathetic approach
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with key stakeholders from different dimensions
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
Hands-on experience working in a high-tech or startup environment
Experience in the mobile app marketing, enterprise digital marketing, SAAS or B2B space
Organizational and project management experience
