Account Manager - Eastern Europe region

As part of the AppsFlyer Sales Team, you will be the commercial owner of a portfolio of Appsflyer’s customers, ensuring they are maximizing value through the use of our technology. This is an opportunity to apply your superior sales skills and act as a project manager and business analyst while working with leading companies in the mobile space.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience renewing and expanding existing SaaS solutions contracts to clients in various verticals

What you’ll do:

  • Own the commercial relationship with existing clients within the assigned territory as well as the administration of related activities
  • Own expansion (net new) and retention quota
  • Nurture and close a high volume of expansion deals both upsell, cross-sell, and net new lines of business. You will spend about half of your time managing expansion deals and the other half will be dedicated to retaining existing revenue.
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and other Account Team members to secure contract renewals and prevent churn
  • Acquire and maintain best-in-class product knowledge and industry trends
  • Cross-department collaboration, including but not limited to Customer Success, Support, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with C-Level and senior executives on the client side

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • A native Russian Speaker is a must (you will be required to work with in Russian), English - at least Upper Intermediate.
  • Ability to work Monday- Friday
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS sales, or similar relevant roles
  • Intellectual curiosity and high professional standards
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Drive, determination, resilience, and accountability
  • Background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills, with experience of presenting value propositions to executive teams
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote
  • Prior experience with salesforce.com CRM, or other CRM used to manage a sales pipeline
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • The ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Proven ability to quickly get up to speed on new cloud apps and tools
  • A proven networker in your daily life
  • Up-to-date on digital trends, especially in the mobile, web, and email space
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and the ability to quickly identify decision-makers and the decision-making process for large, global brands
  • Experience prospecting to the C-Suite and senior-level leadership of enterprise businesses
  • Quick learning attributes that enable you to pivot and work through ambiguity
  • Ability to demonstrate strong sales processes and strategies
  • Track record of overachievement on goals or quotas
