Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will own global performance marketing across 4 regions and 8 business units and manage a team of three and an external agency. You will have extensive experience developing and executing global digital marketing strategies, finding and scaling growth levers that drive business results, and a strong track record of leading small, nimble teams where insight-driven decision making defines the team culture.

You will be accountable for driving new logo pipeline creation - and ultimately revenue across AppsFlyer’s products and solutions - and the team’s professional development.

What you'll do:

  • Own new business creation for both Self-Service and Sales-Assisted customer journeys leveraging paid acquisition channels and translating business goals into a full-funnel paid marketing strategy
  • Own creative strategy and the ad creative process end-to-end from campaign ideation to creation to launch to measurement, and ongoing optimization
  • Oversee budget planning and forecasting, including establishing KPIs and targets, providing regular insights on performance to management and regional stakeholders, and ensuring teams are optimizing to targets (and propose changes based on performance) ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI
  • Enable the team to succeed by building the right internal processes, data infrastructure, reporting cadence, creative sprint workflow,
  • Directly manage the opening and optimization of new ad channels such as Quora, Reddit, Capterra, CTV, etc.
  • Maintain alignment with our operations team to ensure data accuracy and digital media optimization and performance is being evaluated properly
  • Work with our analytics team to define key metrics, measure appropriate impact, and build out critical measurement and reporting capabilities, including but not limited to MTA, MMM, A/B experiments, and incrementally testing
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, the competitive landscape, and explore and implement new marketing channels or methodologies to capitalize on a rapidly evolving marketing ecosystem and customer privacy landscape and identify new opportunities for experimentation and scaling

What you have:

  • 7+ years of B2B/SaaS marketing experience (ad tech experience with a high growth company is a plus), with a deep understanding of digital channels and hands-on experience with key ad platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Search, and YouTube
  • 3+ years of managerial experience including hiring, managing, and leading teams with a focus on mentoring and growth
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across functions and with diverse, geographically dispersed teams
  • High proficiency in analytics and reporting tools including Salesforce, Looker, and Google Analytics and a strong foundation in using data for decision-making and strategy optimization
  • A passion for digital marketing and a collaborative spirit, capable of working with various stakeholders to identify and implement effective digital media strategies
  • A big-picture thinker who’s independent and applies a proactive approach, with a positive, can-do attitude, ready to lead and influence cross-functional projects and teams
