Do you find numbers so easy that you crunch them in your sleep? We are looking for you, an out-of-the-box thinker who can deliver on-demand. We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, self-motivated, and responsible Revenue Controller to join our growing finance team.

The Commission and Revenue Analyst position will own the commission calculation process and will be responsible for creating an efficient process for calculating the commission payout on a quarterly basis, analyzing the commission payout and different aspects of sales KPIs, working as a partner to the sales and revenue operations team, and reporting ARR to management.The right candidate for the job will be a hands-on team player with great technical skills who is both detail-oriented and process-driven. You should also be a critical and creative thinker who can jump into the details and have the ability to think about the big picture.

What you’ll do

  • Calculate the commission payouts, and ensure data accuracy and in accordance with the company’s policy.
  • Analyze AppsFlyer’s ARR and booking data to provide in-depth insights, such as revenue forecast, fair value prices, book-to-bill, and book-to-revenue ratios
  • Create interfaces and strengthen the collaboration between the Revenue department and various departments such as Sales, Sales Operations and Business Operations
  • Perform thorough analysis and provide meaningful insights to senior management
  • Analyze ambiguous data and understand the trends and relationships to produce clear insights
  • Serve as a focal point for various departments in questions regarding revenues, booking, billing, commissions, targets etc.
  • Be a subject matter expert on sales and revenue compliance policies and advise Account Executives on alternative compliant contract options.
  • Perform analysis on all nonstandard and discounted deals in each territory.

What you have

  • 3-4+ years of experience in a global company as a Revenue FP&A or Deal Desk function or other direct sales support role
  • Service-oriented approach with proven experience providing service to customers (internal/external)
  • Excellent team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations.
  • Strong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience with deal pricing, strategy, contracting, and customer negotiations.
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume, schedule flexibility during end of the month, and end of the quarter.
  • Energetic and hands-on individual with a can-do approach
  • A problem solver, experienced working under pressure
  • Ability to cope with changing requirements and levels of uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills
