This is an opportunity to work with our VIP clients within EMEA (Nordics, Baltics, Africa, Israel and Southern Europe) and be AppsFlyer’s eyes and ears with the clients. Get to know them and their desired business goals. Be ahead of the curve by sharing new product releases and content relevant to their business. Help them work through their challenges. Listen to their feedback to help the Product and R&D teams innovate new features. Identify and develop growth potential in their account. Ultimately, you’re there to ensure that our customers are more successful.

What you'll do:

  • Manage top tier clients’ accounts on all levels: technical, business, support, and product, and help them succeed in their goals
  • Handle new feature releases
  • Provide client feedback internally to Product and R&D
  • Provide client training and webinars
  • Help clients adopt new features
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work on customer retention
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure our expansion in the region

What you have:

  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SAAS-related companies
  • Digital marketing experience. App marketing experience is a big advantage
  • Technical background and analytical experience
  • Strategic mindset and biz-dev skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced & dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to travel a few times a year for clients and/or conferences

Bonus Points:

  • Product management sense/familiarity
  • Technical background on SDKs, APIs, SQL and working with Mobile Measurement Partners
  • Additional languages
