We're seeking a dynamic Procurement Business Partner to join our global team! This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact across our organization.

What will you do?

  • Manage the global categories of Operations (Facility), HR, and Welfare
  • Manage all insurance policies across the company, working closely with all stakeholders, insurance consultants and insurance brokers
  • Drive innovation in procurement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize spend and processes

What you have:

  • 3-5 years experience in procurement
  • Specific experience in procurement of operations and insurance
  • Proven track record in managing complex negotiations
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding contracts, with the ability to identify various risks associated with specific engagements
  • Amazing communication skills
  • Low ego and empathy towards internal stakeholders and vendors
  • An out-of-the-box thinker who can bring fresh perspectives to challenges
  • "Can-do" attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate complex global environments
