The Product and R&D Ops team is responsible for enabling value delivery by leading and communicating processes that allow visibility, focus and efficiency within the Product and R&D organization.

As a product Ops manager, your goals are:
1) Facilitating the adoption of best practices through cross-team education and collaboration, and applying best practices.
2) Streamlining communication and interfaces with outbound groups such as Customer Success, Sales, Partner development and Marketing.
3) Providing a unified ‘voice of the product’ to our customers.

We are looking for an experienced Product Operations Manager who is passionate about the unique intersection between product and operation, to join the Product and R&D Operation team and lead cross department and cross-team projects and processes.

In addition to having both product and project management experience, the ideal candidate is a fast learner, agile and flexible, yet organized, a good listener and a doer.

What you’ll do

  • Your customers are product teams (VPs, directors, managers, specialists, UI/UX, analysts, etc.) as well as tangent groups that need efficient and clear ways to get what they need from/to the product organization. You will be proud of your ability to provide clear guidelines, remove impediments, promote efficiency, and reduce waste.
  • In collaboration with customer success functions, you’ll establish, define, train and track multi-disciplinary processes to streamline the product managers work across the organization. Such processes include (among others);
    • AF Product adoption tool: making sure our adoption is well defined, monitored and supports decision making
    • ‘Feature request’ and ‘Red Flags’ processes for effective communication with our customers
    • Product beta process: define and own the release process from beta to GA; have a holistic view of all beta programs which are running, share status, track process and identify risks
  • Drive the habit of measuring product outcomes and usage using metrics and KPIs.
  • Take responsibility for mentoring teams and managers, and be a known go-to-person for facilitation of efficient and hassle free product work.
  • Drive to automate processes to remove waste from the PM organization day-to-day
  • You’ll play an active role in the Program management guild- look holistically at E2E processes and push for continuous improvement

What you have

  • 3+ years as a product manager of software products
  • 2+ years as a project/ program manager or product operations manager
  • Deep understanding of the product life cycle - the goals, practices and tools required for each stage in the cycle
  • Data driven. Big plus if you are able to query complex data and create dashboards.
  • Ability to work well across business units, build relationships and deliver joint objectives and key results
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including operating with a high level of emotional quotient (EQ)
  • “All-in” attitude, team player, can-do approach and passionate about making an impact
  • Hands on change management experience

  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira
