The main focus of the role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and enhance Castor's digital marketing channels. Your primary goal will be to drive growth and maximize ROI through strategic digital campaigns aligned with our product and segment strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker who is passionate about data-driven paid media campaigns and has a proven track record of building and scaling B2B businesses.
What you’ll be doing
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Create comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Relentless Optimizations: Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
- Data-Driven Paid Media: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn etc.) using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Drive and Measure ROI: Implement and manage systems to track and report on campaign performance, making data-backed recommendations to drive MQLs and influence sales pipeline.
- Ad Content Strategy and Management: Create compelling ads and distribute to ensure alignment with marketing goals and brand messaging.
- SEO and SEM Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive paid search traffic.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce Dashboards, etc.) to track, report, and analyze website and campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience as Digital Marketing Lead or similar
- Demonstrated experience in B2B media buying, lead generation, and acquisition strategies
- Experience in cross-channel digital tactics - SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Email
- Technical Knowledge - a deep understanding of software concepts & terminology (life sciences an advantage)
