Job Summary:

The Cazoo content team is looking for an enthusiastic Content & Social Media Specialist to create world-class content. Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for writing high-quality, engaging content that’s in line with our brand tone of voice. Expect to get involved with everything from website content to CRM comms and social media.

This is a Hybrid working role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our London, Charlton Head Office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Writing high-quality, engaging content across social media, the website and CRM comms.
  • Supporting the Content team with day-to-day requests and content updates in a timely manner and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Using our Content Management System to make website updates and publish content to the website.
  • Supporting the CRM team with writing engaging transactional comms that help to nurture customers through the lifecycle, as well as high-converting email marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and owning the social media content calendar; creating posts, scheduling assets and briefing the Design team.
  • Visiting Cazoo sites to film and create content for social media and assisting on photoshoots or videoshoots, when required.
  • Tracking and reporting on social media performance.
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders across this business, managing their requests and feedback.
  • Drive brand consistency across all messaging.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • An enthusiastic, proactive team player who loves to collaborate.
  • A proficient writer with excellent grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to adapt content creation to different marketing channels, e.g. email, social and the website.
  • Passionate about social media.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Happy to work across different tasks and projects.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • An idea generating collaborator.
  • Flexible and open to feedback.
  • Highly organised and efficient, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, with experience working with a variety of internal teams.
