What you’ll be doing:
- Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing customer queries and providing essential information that keeps them engaged and satisfied.
- Lead Handling: Manage leads generated from search and aggregator platforms, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups.
- Sales Conversion: Play a pivotal role in converting calls into successful sales, leveraging your communication and persuasion skills.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our automotive offerings to effectively guide and inform potential buyers.

Skills and experience required:
- Telephone Sales Experience: You will be able to demonstrate a background in telephone sales to effectively contribute to the role.

- Proven Sales Performance: Showcase a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
