Job OverviewWe are hiring for the role of Telesales at CredR, India's Most Trusted Used Two-Wheeler Brand. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales. Qualifications And Skills
  • Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in telesales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Generate sales leads through outbound calls and follow-up on leads provided by the company
  • Contact potential customers and explain the features and benefits of buying used two-wheelers from CredR
  • Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about the available inventory
  • Negotiate with customers to close sales deals over the phone
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up with them regularly
  • Document all customer interactions and update the CRM system
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
