As a Field Executive, you will play a crucial role in our mission to simplify the Used Automobile Marketspace. This is a full-time role located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications And Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends
• Valid driver's license and familiarity with Mumbai's geographical area
• Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and their specifications
• Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage

Roles And Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to assess and evaluate used two-wheelers for buying or selling purposes
• Conduct physical inspections of vehicles to verify their condition, specifications, and documentation
• Capture accurate and detailed information about the vehicles, including photographs
• Ensure smooth documentation process and facilitate hassle-free transactions
• Maintain regular contact with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Follow up with prospective customers to drive sales and achieve targets
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand market trends and customer preferences
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting CredR's values and services
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
• Report on daily activities, sales performance, and market feedback
