Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team at CredR. As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader or similar role in the automotive industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback to drive individual and team development
- Develop and implement sales strategies, techniques, and processes to improve overall team performance
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics and team activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experience
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process of new telesales executives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues
