Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team at CredR. As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader or similar role in the automotive industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback to drive individual and team development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, techniques, and processes to improve overall team performance
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics and team activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experience
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process of new telesales executives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues
