Job OverviewThe Telesales role at CredR is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We are seeking a Junior Telesales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. Qualifications And Skills
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage and build rapport over the phone
  • Strong sales and closing skills
  • Good knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and prospect new customers through cold calling and database management
  • Contact potential customers to educate them about our products and services
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
  • Close sales deals over the phone and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives
  • Document and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
