Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales professional to join our team at CredR. As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for selling our used two-wheelers to potential customers over the phone. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, close deals, and meet sales targets. This is a junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications And Skills
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Good knowledge of two-wheelers and their features
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Fluent in regional language and English
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Contact potential customers over the phone and explain the features and benefits of our used two-wheelers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheelers from our inventory
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and follow up on existing leads
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer queries and issues
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve team goals
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
