Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales professional to join our team at CredR. As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for selling our used two-wheelers to potential customers over the phone. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, close deals, and meet sales targets. This is a junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Good knowledge of two-wheelers and their features
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Fluent in regional language and English
- Contact potential customers over the phone and explain the features and benefits of our used two-wheelers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheelers from our inventory
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and follow up on existing leads
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer queries and issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve team goals
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
