Our goal is to become the most trusted brand for used two-wheelers in the world. Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in production management and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficient in using production planning and control software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the overall production processes, ensuring adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and achieve production goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including occupational health and safety.
  • Train, coach, and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and control production budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and maintain accurate production records.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in production technology, and recommend and implement new processes or equipment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to production.
