We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at CredR. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our products and services. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We are seeking freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales
- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
