We are seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee and manage the operations of multiple branches within the CredR network in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth functioning of the branches under your cluster. This is a mid-level position and requires 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned cluster as required
- Manage and oversee the operations of multiple branches within the assigned cluster
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards
- Monitor branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other Cluster Managers and cross-functional teams to share best practices and improve overall operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Liase with the central support teams to address any operational challenges
- Collect and analyze data to generate insights and make data-driven decisions
