Job Overview

We are seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee and manage the operations of multiple branches within the CredR network in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth functioning of the branches under your cluster. This is a mid-level position and requires 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned cluster as required
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of multiple branches within the assigned cluster
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards
• Monitor branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborate with other Cluster Managers and cross-functional teams to share best practices and improve overall operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Liase with the central support teams to address any operational challenges
• Collect and analyze data to generate insights and make data-driven decisions
