Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax laws
- Maintain and reconcile store financial records, including daily sales transactions, inventory records, and expense reports
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis
- Monitor store revenue and expenses to identify potential areas for cost reduction
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Work closely with the store manager to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local financial regulations
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and reconciliation
- Provide support during internal and external audits
