Job Overview

CredR, India's Most Trusted Used Two-Wheeler Brand, is seeking a Store Accountant to join our team. As a Store Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience and is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax laws

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile store financial records, including daily sales transactions, inventory records, and expense reports
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis
  • Monitor store revenue and expenses to identify potential areas for cost reduction
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Work closely with the store manager to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local financial regulations
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
  • Assist with inventory management and reconciliation
  • Provide support during internal and external audits
