Job Overview

We are looking for a Field HR Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at CredR. As a Field HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies and programs within the organization. You will be involved in various HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a field HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle employee relations issues with tact and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Implement HR policies and programs to support the overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness of HR programs.
