Job Title: Business Development Executive FEMALE Candidates Only Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Business Development team. This position primarily involves office-based tasks but also includes fieldwork within our store locations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and achieving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Office-based Tasks (80%) Identify potential business opportunities through market research and analysis. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners. Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients. Track and report on sales performance and market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to... create and execute marketing strategies. Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer data and interactions. 2. In-store Tasks (20%) Visit store locations to gain first-hand knowledge of our products and customer needs. Provide in-store support and training to store staff. Assist in merchandising and promotional activities within the store. Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve product offerings. Work closely with the store management team to enhance customer experience. Participate in product launches and in-store events as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong understanding of sales and business development strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to store locations when required.
