Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at CredR. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers in the Bangalore, Karnataka region. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our company.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Good knowledge of the local market and customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers in the assigned territory
  • Present, promote, and sell CredR's products to prospective buyers
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide information to customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall company objectives
  • Constantly seek opportunities for business expansion and market penetration
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
