Seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pitching to potential clients, managing client data, and generating new leads. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the expansion of our client base.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Pitch products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Set up meetings and presentations with prospective clients to showcase our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 Year Minimum.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the events industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
