An exciting role with great scope:

We are looking for an experienced and adventurous professional to lead our organisation transformation initiatives to change the way we work together in Duco Engineering to achieve our business objectives and outcomes.


Day-to-day that means you’ll be:

  • Drive engineering transformation projects to deliver higher quality values internally and externally to our customers more frequently.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to evolve our operating model and drive continuous improvements including cross department engagements and collaboration.
  • Managing multiple engineering programs to improve our overall efficiency, actively managing risks and dependencies through to resolution.
  • Partner with Duco’s Delivery Lead on integrating transformation change into our daily rhythm of business.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to drive appropriate accountability, responsibility and to drive projects forward that help achieve our goals
  • Build an overall roadmap of continuous improvements and transformational changes, keeping internal stakeholders and external customers (where appropriate) informed and appraised.

Interested? We’d like to hear from you if you have:

  • 10 years of experience in different aspects of enterprise software development and the development lifecycle including the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in start-up or scaled-up high growth environments and/or High Tech organisations
  • Successful track record of managing complex transformation projects to completion
  • Familiar with different project management techniques and methods
  • Good understanding of modern practices for Continuous Deployment, Continuous Integration, Software as a Service, Cloud Services.
  • Desire to organise chaos, strive for excellence while executing pragmatically to succeed and be a key member of a winning team.

Not essential, but it would be great if you also have experience in:

  • FinTech or Financial Services
  • Regulated environments and compliance

We support a hybrid working model, whereby you can combine working from home and working at the London office. We are focused on results and not the pre-determined working hours .
