An exciting role with great scope:

Role: Customer Onboarding & Training Specialist

You will be working in our Customer Success Team with a focus on delivering onboarding and training to Duco’s customers, many of the most significant banking and investment managers and other market participants in the financial services industry. You will be managing onboardings for our new customers, assisting in building out and delivering Duco’s Academy curriculum of open-enrollment classes, pitching and delivering ad-hoc training packages, enhancing Duco’s certification program, and maintaining external-facing product documentation. Your ultimate goal is to help the team deliver a start-to-finish, world-class education experience to our customers that leads to further adoption of the Duco platform.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming an SME on Duco’s product suite
  • Managing the onboarding of our customers, inclusive of initial set-up, product orientation and supported builds
  • Delivering of onboarding training both onsite and remotely
  • Running and presenting Duco Academy open-enrollment classes
  • Supporting Duco’s certification program
  • Delivering ad-hoc release training classes following major releases
  • Creating content, delivering copy and helping maintain the existing content on the Duco’s Help Centre
  • As part of the team, your voice will help generate new ideas for training content and ways to improve existing offerings.

Essential:

  • Skills of a strong performer with a positive outlook, passion for customer enablement, and drive to meet aggressive deadlines and targets
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in either a teaching/training or an onboarding role
  • Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively capture the attention of large audiences and keep them engaged
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective learning strategies
  • Skills of an analytical thinker and problem solver who is able to explain complex data problems and acquire knowledge of new products
  • Ability to challenge the status-quo and recommend improvements to existing processes/thinking
  • Able to allocate 25% of your time to work travel

Nice to have:

  • Financial Services or Software industry experience
  • Previous experience with WalkMe, Camtasia or Hubspot
  • Business knowledge of reconciliations
