About The Role
We are expanding our Professional Services team in Wroclaw, Poland to partner with our clients to transform their post-trade operations control framework, by accelerating their adoption of Duco to solve their business challenges.

You will be a trusted customer partner, helping our clients to understand their data needs, and data challenges, capture requirements, and build new workflows, analytics, and solutions for operational controls. Your expertise will enable us to find solutions that help clients go faster, make better decisions, and overcome problems while building their knowledge so that in the future they can do more themselves. You will be a billable asset, involved in multiple simultaneous projects with a variety of clients.


What you will be working on

  • Understanding the scope, nature, context, and purpose of the opportunity and accurately scoping work effort for new projects
  • Creatively solving data problems and developing an understanding of the platform
  • Learning and applying the pricing models dependent on the type of requirements
  • Leading clients and internal colleagues to successfully deliver solutions
  • Documenting requirements to successfully building workflows, reconciliations, and operational controls in the Duco platform
  • Configuring and test reconciliations and workflow rules
  • Capturing blockers and challenges, communicate with and bring in other teams when needed
  • Providing knowledge transfers, and support development queries
  • Bringing structure and proactive planning to your engagements

Ideally, you will have

  • 4-6 years of experience in the financial and SaaS software services industry, with knowledge and experience in operations or control functions.
  • Ability to comfortably present to individuals or groups at all levels of the organization and to customers including being able to run meetings and workshops.
  • Experience working within an agile project management framework to scope and deliver projects, manage and take accountability for your time, provide status updates, etc.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, working with stakeholders to obtain information, and bringing clarity and definition to problems.
  • Knowledge of financial products and the financial industry. E.g.: Trades, valuations, collateral, payments, asset classes such as Equities, Interest Rates, FX, Credit, etc.
  • Experience working with data formats. E.g.: CSV, tab-delimited, XML.
  • Comfortable using technology and advanced software tools. Knowledge of Regular Expressions.
  • Experience in unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support of user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable with respectfully challenging the norm, and offering alternative approaches to solving problems
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies, understand business processes, and adapt to a fast-paced growth company
  • SaaS and Duco Builder experience and certification are strongly preferred
  • Experience in configuration/implementation of complex reconciliation systems, such as TLM or iMatch is a strong plus
  • Experience with financial data standards. E.g.: FpML, Swift MT/MX (ISO 15022 and ISO 20022), FIX, FIXML is beneficial
  • Some BI and coding exposure is a huge plus as well (Python, Ruby, Perl, R, Java, C#, etc, familiarity with SQL and databases or experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tablou, QlikSense/QlikView)
