About The Role
At Duco, we want to make managing mission-critical data easy. We are looking for an experienced and adventurous professional to lead our organisation transformation initiatives to change the way we work together in Duco Engineering to achieve our business objectives and outcomes.

What you will be working on:

  • Drive engineering transformation projects to deliver higher quality values internally and externally to our customers more frequently.
  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders to evolve our operating model and drive continuous improvements including cross department engagements and collaboration.
  • Manage multiple engineering programs to improve our overall efficiency, actively manage risks and dependencies through to completion.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to drive appropriate accountability, responsibility and to drive projects forward that help achieve our goals.
  • Build and execute an overall roadmap of continuous improvements and transformational changes.
  • Facilitate planning sessions to ensure initiatives are well-defined, prioritised, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Promote transparency and well defined communication strategies to keep internal stakeholders and external customers (where appropriate) informed and appraised.
  • Provide regular updates to the C-suite through agile reporting mechanisms, offering insights into delivery progress, risk management, and impact on business outcomes.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 10 years of experience in different aspects of enterprise software development and the development lifecycle including the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in start-up or scaled-up high growth, technology companies.
  • Successful track record of managing complex transformation projects to completion.
  • Familiar with different project management techniques and methods.
  • Good understanding of modern practices for Continuous Deployment, Continuous Integration, Software as a Service, Cloud Services.
  • Desire to organise chaos, strive for excellence while executing pragmatically to succeed and be a key member of a winning team.
