**Designation: Senior Managger / Associate Director - Demand Generation
Prior Experience: 5 - 8 Years

About the Role:
As the leader for B2B demand generation, you will be responsible and accountable for planning, developing, implementing and delivering demand gen programs for growing ekincare’s customer base. This role covers the full spectrum of the ToF (Top of Funnel). The leader must collaborate with the Marketing org comprising Brand & Communications, Performance Marketing, Marketing Ops and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This is a challenging role, but has a wide canvas to drive new strategies, experiment with channels and work with a young and energetic talent pool across ekincare.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute on B2B demand generation strategies for acquiring and nurturing leads that drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent across channels, including email campaigns, advertising, sales enablement, SEO/SEM, Social media, webinars, trade shows, and paid programs. This includes inbound lead acquisition, customer marketing, and outbound account-based marketing strategy
Measure, track, optimize and report on the ROI of campaigns/programs across channels – paid search, paid social, offline (events) and brand campaigns with demand generation focus
Build new sources of lead generation channels
Be data-driven from creation of a campaign to execution and reporting – all programs and activities will be measured by Contacts > Leads > Opportunities > Deals
Be responsible for end-to-end ownership of all B2B programs – develop and maintain a robust Marketing calendar that gives a holistic view of all activities, outcomes and dependencies
Understand the B2B and technology space and customer behaviour of different segments, buyers
Leverage Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Google and other platforms to customize and optimize the buyer journey, while reducing CPL;
Consistently increase our marketable universe through mailing lists and create cohorts based on buyer personas, industry, engagement on ekincare platforms (www, social channels, virtual and physical events) and manage various email campaigns
Identify trends, insights, and competitive landscape and optimise spend and performance based on these parameters
Partner with the Sales team to get feedback for improvement based on a data-centric approach
Requirements:
Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience
Data and result-oriented approach to all aspects of marketing
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Demand Generation across physical and virtual programs
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush and other tools for various tracking and analytics
Experience in B2B SaaS in a fast-growth startup is a bonus
Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
