About The Role

Fever is recruiting a Sponsorships Manager for its Brand Partnerships team, based in New York City, New York. Working within a fun, dynamic, and fast-growing company, this role provides an excellent opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to work across an impressive portfolio of clients, including Warner Bros, Disney, and more. If you are ambitious, creative, driven, and passionate about brand partnerships, this is the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients of all levels - agency and direct
  • Bring in client briefs
  • Pull internal resource together to come up with winning proposals
  • Attend and lead client meetings and pitches
  • Strategically and creatively build a strong long-term pipeline
  • Meet quarterly sales goals
  • Continuously work and engage with internal departments to drive Fever’s Brand Partnerships offering forward
  • Identify and understanding trends within entertainment, experiences and social media

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in event sponsorship sales
  • A strong list of direct client and agency contacts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential to effectively deliver proposals and run client meetings
  • An entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • Comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first time
  • Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions
  • Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials


  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary between $85-95k, and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
