About the role
Are you passionate about driving technical projects to success in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment? As a Technical Project Manager at Fever, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver cutting-edge cloud-native solutions. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind project success, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, and overseeing the customization of solutions to meet partner requirements.
Your task will include:
- Project Management:
Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track. - Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
Manage expectations and provide regular project status updates. - Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Plan thorough testing and validation to ensure project deliverables meet specified criteria. - Customization and Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering team to customize existing solutions to align with partner requirements.
Facilitate collaboration between project stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure a seamless integration of customized solutions. - Technical Acumen:
Possess a solid technical understanding of the engineering solution, enabling effective communication and collaboration with the development team.
Translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and progress. - Resource Management:
Ensure resources are allocated effectively between different teams.
Identify and address resource constraints to maintain project momentum.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of modern web development practices and understanding of software development lifecycle
On your first month in Fever:
- Familiarize yourself with company business, procedures, and team dynamics.
- Conduct an in-depth review of ongoing projects and their status.
- Establish initial relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
- Begin contributing insights to enhance existing project management processes.
After 3 months in Fever:
- Successfully lead at least one project from initiation to completion.
- Demonstrate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing project management processes and propose improvements.
- Further strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
On your 6th month in Fever:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with different teams to ensure effective prioritization and resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements based on the review conducted during the third month.
- Continue to enhance relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the strategic vision of the company.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a cloud-native software environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders coming from different backgrounds (technical vs non-technical).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid organizational and leadership abilities.
