ABOUT THE ROLE

Your tasks will include:

• Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordination with the hiring teams
• Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.
• Provide a world-class candidate experience
• Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
• Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.
• Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

REQUIREMENTS

• +1 years of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus.
• A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
• C1 or Native English and Spanish level, other languages are a plus.
• Experience working with ATS systems
• A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model, and operations.
• Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships.
