• Coordinate your team to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis. This should include identifying trends, forecasting market movements, and understanding competitive landscapes. Additionally, you should be able to define methodologies and frameworks to streamline processes and optimize resources.
• Develop insights from market data and analysis to support business decision-making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations highlighting findings, implications, and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, and product development teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable intelligence that supports product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives. Offer expertise and guidance on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.

• You hold a BSc in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Aerospace, etc.)
• You bring to the table +4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating your ability to take ownership, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
• You have a strong analytical background, capable of interpreting complex data sets to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
• You should be able to build a team, identify needs, and propose solutions and frameworks. You can understand the strategic components that will help grow and create several business lines.
• You are a hands-on and proactive individual, who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to directly engage with all aspects of a project lifecycle, from planning through execution and control.
