ABOUT THE ROLE

The Security team oversees Fever’ security operations. We are vigilant in ensuring there is no breach or vulnerability threatening our company or endangering our employees in order to keep them safe and protected. As Physical Security Manager, you will report to the Security & Intelligence Manager and be involved in ensuring all security requirements and measures are applied at all of our events and corporate premises. This is a role that will require proactivity, autonomy, drive and a good deal of project management, and may offer the opportunity to obtain exposure to increasing responsibility and leadership functions. You will be supported and coordinating with other key Fever stakeholders.

You will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement access control systems and surveillance services for Fever globally
  • Write and develop detailed Physical Security design requirements and standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance for physical security systems installed
  • Define and maintain all security controls, and assess their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Oversee tenders and performance of security guard services globally, including inspections, lessons learned, etc
  • Analyze and work effectively with stakeholders such as project and event managers to make decisions regarding physical security and guarding for different events
  • Create and supervise a physical security team

ABOUT YOU

In order to be successful in this role, you will:

  • Previous experience in similar positions in corporate experience. Experience in managing the design, operation, and installation of global physical security systems
  • Previous experience in managing security systems related to cameras, guarding, etc.
  • Knowledge of electronic security, physical security, risk prevention, and security regulation
  • Have completed a Security Director Course by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior. Certifications such as CPP, and PSP will be highly considered
  • Experience in writing design specifications and standards, technical manuals and procedures, and developing and delivering training programs
  • Speak fluent English, with fluency in other languages a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Portuguese)
  • Bring emotional intelligence to work and the ability to communicate effectively with very varied internal and external stakeholders, especially during sensitive situations
  • Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminology, or related careers
  • Innovative, strong multi-tasking capabilities
  • Translate complex concepts into easily understood principals
  • Possess strong time management skills and have ownership over work entrusted to you
  • Be comfortable handling highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with users clearly in an international environment such as dealing with different regions such as the Americas, APAC, etc
