As Marketplace Operations Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of Fever’s Marketplace. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize performance, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, a visionary approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving our ambitious goals.

About The Role:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and drive Marketplace performance growth.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketplace operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and the highest quality of service delivery.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Project Management, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to align Marketplace Operations with broader company initiatives.

About You:

• Experience: 6+ years in a related role or strategy consulting background.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies while managing day-to-day operations.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience scaling, optimizing and automating operations in a high-growth company is highly desirable.
