Overview:

Fever is rapidly expanding its global portfolio of outdoor immersive light trails. We are seeking a highly skilled EU-based Senior Producer to lead our European production operations and support APAC teams during critical time zones. This role is central to our global production strategy, requiring both strong technical experience and regional knowledge. Flexibility, creativity, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget are essential. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in producing live events, permanent attractions, and/or immersive experiences. To support the growth of Fever’s outdoor event portfolio, the Senior Producer will explore and implement production formats, technologies, and solutions that enhance the guest experience while helping to shape the overall strategy for event expansion.

Scope of Work:

Market Expansion Strategy & Process Development

  • Establish and standardize production workflows for the European market, tailored to local regulations and operational norms.
  • Develop processes for navigating city permits, environmental compliance (e.g., ecology and heritage reports), and government approvals.
  • Collaborate with Fever’s internal legal and operations teams to create adaptable templates for regulatory documentation.
  • Build trusted relationships with local municipalities, permitting offices, and public agencies to ensure smooth approvals and renewals.

Venue Scouting & Validation

  • Identify and secure venues in collaboration with the Expansion Project Manager, local producers, and Fever teams.
  • Conduct detailed on-site assessments (infrastructure, accessibility, power, safety, etc.).
  • Ensure alignment with operations, creative, and technical needs.
  • Maintain and expand a regional database of viable vendors and venue locations.

Production Oversight & Technical Leadership

  • Lead and support site opening and build processes, ensuring consistency in delivery across markets.
  • Support the implementation of systems and procedures developed during previous successful shows.
  • Recommend equipment and audiovisual solutions in line with budget and creative goals.
  • Support partners in creation of technical documentation including site layouts, electrical plans, and AV system diagrams.

Cross-Regional Collaboration

  • Spend time working on-site with local teams to guarantee successful launch and operation during show openings.
  • During European summers, provide crucial support for APAC teams while U.S.-based teams are offline.
  • Serve as the key regional liaison, aligning global strategies with local execution.

Contracting & Budgeting

  • Support negotiations with venue managers and landowners for favorable terms.
  • Support and Manage contracts related to Production vendors, venue rental and service delivery.
  • Monitor and control venue-related budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely execution.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the lead point of contact for venue partners, local authorities, and city regulators.
  • Serve as a representative for Fever and its partners at public events, community meetings, and city permit hearings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Production, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years in production/management for experiential events, theme parks, or high-traffic venues in European markets.
  • 8+ years of hands-on technical direction experience with multimedia or light-based installations.
  • Deep understanding of environmental impact considerations and requirements across European markets.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; French or German is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours.
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage diverse teams on the ground.
  • Confident in dealing with public agencies and engaging local communities where needed.
  • Have a strong network of vendors.
