Here’s the bit about the opportunity:

As an IT & Security Specialist at Fireblocks, you will be an integral part of our IT and security team, responsible for implementing and managing both corporate IT and security systems. Your role involves ensuring that our systems and data are correctly configured, sufficiently optimized, and well-protected against cyber threats and vulnerabilities. At the same time, you will also assist our users in solving various IT-related issues.

You'll be:

1. Technical Support:

   • Provide efficient and timely technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.

   • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.

   • Troubleshoot IT-related issues.

2. Implementation and Management:

   • Implement, manage, and maintain the organization’s corporate and security tools, including, Google workspace, Slack, email security, EDRs, NDRs, SSPM, DSPM, SSE, identity and access management, and more.

   • Collaborate with the InfoSec Architect to establish workflows for real-time security situational awareness.

3. Secure Configuration:

   • Implement proper security layers for newly introduced corporate technologies.

   • Configure and harden systems (SaaS, self-hosted, data warehouses, etc.), ensuring they meet security standards and best practices.

   • Manage identity and access management (IAM), user management, data security, and product-specific security measures.

4. Collaboration:

   • Work in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are effectively integrated into various business processes.

   • Work closely with the SecOps team (and SOC) to make sure all required security logs and events are available for them.

You'll have:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT or System Engineering role.
• Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong coding and scripting skills for security automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
