Data Scientist - MMM / Causal Inference

What you will do

The team you’ll join is responsible for a new addition to Funnel’s product portfolio - Marketing Measurement. Your team will collaborate closely with our data platform-, data-in- and customer-facing teams to evolve and improve our Marketing Measurement models and algorithms. This team also builds the self-serve / no-code modeling where Funnel partners can tweak and build their own Marketing Mix Models.

You’ll work with a group of friendly senior data scientists and engineers. As a Data Scientist at Funnel, you will be responsible for everything from research & development and algorithm design to deploying, monitoring, and implementing code. We believe in putting the customer at the heart and center of everything we do, and we expect you to do the same.

You enjoy collaborating with adjacent departments such as data engineering and product as well as with our customers.

Above all, you love building data science products, models and algorithms and always go the extra mile to make sure what you put in the hands of our users is functional, feasible, and lovable.


Skills and Experience

  • More than 3 years of experience in Marketing Mix Modeling, and/or Causal Inference

  • Econometrics/Time Series Modeling

  • Python

  • AWS

  • Hands-on experience in agile teams and ways of working

  • Ability to write clean, production-grade code is a plus

  • Experience with data or marketing products is a plus

  • Fluent in English
