About the role
We’re looking for a Manager, Measurement Consulting to join Funnel in Sydney. In this role, you will help us build, develop, and manage Funnel’s Measurement Consulting team for Australia. This team will be responsible for a new addition to Funnel’s product portfolio—Marketing Measurement. Positioned at the intersection of data and business, this role is crucial in establishing the Measurement function for the APAC market.
What you will do
Partner with Funnel’s measurement clients to help them adopt best-in-class marketing measurement
Customize measurement models based on our internal self-service MMM and triangulation system
Consult your clients on Measurement Strategy and Operations
Design, build, and operationalize learning agendas in partnership with your clients
Help your clients leverage Funnel’s products to the fullest extent and maximize return on investment
Present results and recommendations to clients, including management
Create case studies and share best practices internally and externally
Stay on top of industry trends and client demands to influence product development and strategy to ensure our offering perfectly matches market demand
Who you are
You are an empathetic and communicative professional with a strong technical background and a passion for data-driven solutions. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their measurement maturity sets you apart in client conversations. You have a solid grasp of data generation processes and have been involved in basic data modeling, with a keen understanding of statistical KPIs and the ability to select the best model for each client. You have hands-on experience in team management and recruiting, with a focus on fostering a collaborative environment.
Skills and experience
5-7 years experience in marketing analytics, at least 2 years working with advanced measurement solutions
At least 2 years experience in leading and managing data analytics teams
Knowledge of modern methods for marketing measurement, such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and (quasi-) experimental methods
At least one year of in-depth practical experience with either developing MMM or data-driven MTA models
Data Wrangling and Visualization skills (SQL, Excel, Tableau...)
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning or Data Science)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent English (written and spoken)

This role is located in our Sydney Office at Tower 3, L24 300 Barangaroo Ave, Barangaroo NSW 2000.
We value in-person collaboration in the office, and as such we work a minimum of 4 days per week from our office.
