Partner Account Manager, Hamburg & Stockholm

How you’ll make an impact

As a Partner Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding and driving revenue through Funnel’s partner ecosystem in the DACH region. You’ll work with digital marketing consultancies and agencies, helping them integrate Funnel into their offering and position it effectively with their clients.

This role goes beyond relationship management, you’ll need a strong commercial mindset to identify growth opportunities, drive partner-led revenue, and execute strategic initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Marketing, you’ll own a portfolio of ~40 partners, ensuring adoption, expansion, and measurable impact.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Growing partnerships to increase adoption and drive partner-sourced revenue

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring tangible business results

  • Identifying and executing revenue-driving opportunities, from partner-sourced deals to upsells

  • Training and enabling partners to position and sell Funnel effectively

  • Tracking partner performance and optimizing engagement strategies

  • Using structured sales frameworks to drive repeatable and scalable motions

Who you are

You have experience in partner management, business development, or sales - ideally within marketing agencies or SaaS partnerships. You understand how to align partnerships with commercial goals, balancing relationship-building with revenue impact.

You’re proactive, results-driven, and comfortable owning a book of business, working closely with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate partner growth.

Experience and skills

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Experience working with SaaS solutions

  • 4+ years in a partner management or revenue-driving role (account management, sales, etc.)

  • Proven track record of driving revenue and business growth

  • Experience in a high-growth B2B software environment

Bonus points for:

  • Marketing tech experience

  • Early-stage partner program experience

Other information
This role is located in Hamburg and Stockholm. We value increased in-person collaboration, and as such, we work the majority of the week from our office.

We currently do not sponsor relocation and therefore we will take into consideration only applicants who are located in Germany, and:

- Hold EU/EEA citizenship
- Have a valid work permit for working in Sweden or Germany
