Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced project manager to join us in our NY office. The PM will lead our most strategic enterprise customers throughout their entire life cycle with Gloat. In this role, you are expected to develop high-trust relationships with your customers, lead face to face workshops, manage the project plan, its timelines, and oversee all of the onboarding work streams including IT and Change Management, until a successful launch of the product is announced in their organization. Once a customer goes live, you continue to build out the trust and ensure a successful long term and expansion plan is in place for your customer. You will be measured on customers’ go-live, their defined success metrics, KPI results, and satisfaction. We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, have high integrity, thrive in dynamic environments, and have experience managing software or SaaS deployments at large global enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Drive the successful onboarding of enterprise customers, taking ownership of the project delivery while coordinating key customer and internal stakeholders
- Manage customer post go-live and ensure successful launch leads to full scale implementation
- Establish incredible rapport and trust with your customers
- Travel to customer sites (approximately 1-2 a quarter) to lead multiple-day workshops or launch activities, speaking, presenting to and facilitating discussions with stakeholders from their HR, IT, leadership and more
- Establish project plan and timelines for go-live, incorporating the different onboarding work-streams, e.g. change management, integrations, IT signs off, legal, Support.
- Influence change within customers to drive adoption of best practices and successful implementation, thereby deriving optimal value and utilization of the product and service.
- Predict and forecast risk, problem solve and work independently
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, e.g. Implementation, RnD, Product, Support, BI.
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets or other targets defined by the business.
- Manage customer post go-live and ensure successful launch leads to full scale implementation
- Work closely with your enterprise customers to understand their business needs, helping them define success metrics and business impact with InnerMobility
Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- Experience working at tech OR SaaS product companies
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
- Previous experience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documentation
- Previous experience with full product lifecycle with an understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle
- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
- Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
- Previous experience working with HR technology is an advantage
Benefits
Gloat provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting total pay for this role is (115,000-130,000 USD).
