Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our innovative R&D department. In this role, you will spearhead complex technical initiatives in our dynamic software development environment, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate collaboration between diverse teams including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to craft strategic delivery roadmaps that optimize scope, timeline, and quality outcomes
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans with meticulous attention to milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Drive technical implementation initiatives including system configuration, customization, and integration to align with project specifications
  • Provide transparent and consistent communication to all stakeholders, maintaining visibility on project health, potential risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Leverage technical expertise to navigate challenges and develop creative solutions that keep projects on track
  • Track R&D KPI and delivery
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to fully understand client requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Establish robust documentation practices covering technical specifications, implementation processes, and operational guidelines
  • Facilitate seamless knowledge transfer between implementation teams and ongoing support personnel
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and implementing best practices

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing technical projects in software development environments
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical solutions
  • Technical proficiency with hands-on experience in software configuration and implementation
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience with modern project management tools and methodologies
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on critical deliverables

Preferred

  • Background in enterprise software implementation or technical customer success
  • Understanding of modern software architecture and development practices
  • Track record of working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with our industry domain and relevant technical ecosystem
  • Professional certifications in project management or technical disciplines
