Our Team

Our primary team's mission is to design, implement and operate a platform infrastructure for our brand new, fully managed, hosted, cloud-native product GoodData Cloud. The team is taking care of a plethora of services focused on operations, deployment and security for our SaaS platform hosted in our hybrid cloud. We are right in the center of the development and operations - we integrate and operate various technologies together in a functional product. We influence and contribute to all aspects of a SaaS product ranging from feature components and micro-services to platform infrastructure.

What will you do?

• Work with modern cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Vault, Terraform).

• Work with various observability/monitoring/logging tools (Grafana observability stack, Prometheus, etc.).

• Apply Infrastructure as a Code, GitOps, and Cloud-native principles.

• Develop various automations to form functional SaaS product with high SLAs.

• Contribute to the development of a brand-new product with a focus on its cloud-hosted platform.

• Work with a team of great people and professionals.

• Work in agile, DevOps environment.

About you

• At least 3 years of experience with software development/operations.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes technology or similar container orchestration platforms.

• Experience with any cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Willing to learn (new technologies, principles, etc.).

• Willing to participate on 24x7 on-calls.

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

It is nice if you have

• Experience with designing and operating production systems with high SLAs on public clouds.

• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Flux, Terraform, ansible, puppet and similar tools.

• Experience with observability (application, infrastructure) and/or SRE.
