Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for students who want to understand how a global B2B SaaS company operates and develops new business opportunities in the DACH market.

This will be a 20 hour per week position, based on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract for working students.

We’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that will give professional growth in sales in a scaling organisation. You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box so you’ll need to be self-dependent and really organised. If you consider yourself to be curious, creative and bold, as well as a natural people-person who’s great at building rapport, we would love to hear from you!

What will you get up to?

  • Involved with business support for our BDR & AE teams
  • Play a key role in market mapping and helping us understand our target customer map in the DACH region
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team and be part of our Demand Generation activities
  • Support data research projects and help identify potential customers for HiBob
  • Support growth projects for the team in region and help identify new business opportunities
  • Market research and helping understand HiBobs addressable market in region
  • Researching accounts, core stakeholders and providing business insight into the accounts
  • Providing account research


You’ll be great for this role if you have:

  • Fluent in German
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment
  • Excel experience is preferable
  • Must be a current student at University
